Absolutely! If you prefer to pick up your party supplies in person, you can choose our in-store pickup option when placing your order online. Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll prepare your items for you to collect at our Grimsby store.

While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit for unused items in their original packaging. If you need to make an exchange or receive store credit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with the process and provide instructions. To initiate an exchange or store credit, contact us via email or phone, and we will provide you with instructions. Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products including inflated balloons may not be exchanged or given as store credit.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing or has been shipped.
