1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are not eligible for returns unless defective.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for items purchased in-store can only be processed in-store.
3. Exchanges

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective:
